From the Maule and O'Higgins valleys
Counter-seasonal supply for Asian retail.
Greenvic and San Clemente both export Chilean apples through SVA. The Maule and O'Higgins valleys provide the long, dry summers and cool nights that develop the firm crunch and high sugar that Asian consumers expect.
We ship under modified atmosphere in reefer containers, which allows us to maintain firmness through the long Pacific transit and keep fruit on retail shelves from March through August — directly opposite the Northern Hemisphere window.
